Thefts of built-in GPS devices

The Federal Judicial Police of Nivelles arrested three Lithuanian members of various “cells” operating in the districts of Walloon Brabant, Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven and Termonde. This arrest took place as part of an investigation into thefts of built-in GPS devices.

This “epidemic” is continuing to expand and seems to confirm that many perpetrators regularly travel to Belgium using false documents and many aliases. Once they have committed their crimes, they leave our territory and go back to their country of origin.
