The leader of an Albanian criminal organisation arrested

After a two-year investigation, the Federal Judicial Police (FJP) of Brussels brought an end to the illegal activities of A.B. This Belgian national, about 60 years old, of Turkish-Albanian origin, ran a bar in Schaerbeek, not far from the Avenue Rogier. Using front men, the bar had undergone many name changes and provided cover for illegal activities with regard to the sale of firearms and cocaine dealing. It seemed that several kilos were sold there every month.
