EUR 1.2 million in cash in Makreel case

The Federal Judicial Police of Antwerp dismantled a criminal organisation that was responsible for a large-scale cocaine smuggling operation through the port of Antwerp. The investigators carried out 11 arrests and 25 house searches. They seized 600 kg of cocaine, EUR 1.2 million in cash, firearms and some vehicles.
