Rail Action Day

Railpol, the international network bringing together several European Railway Police Forces, led international action to ensure the effectiveness of the measures to combat cross-border crime. 67 police officers participated and 11 individuals were arrested.

The countries that took part in the action were Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Great Britain, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Hungary, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and the United States.
