From now on, the new ‘remote connection’ functionality enables the person drawing up a report to choose in the ‘Feeding Information System’ (FEEDIS) application the register in which he will draw up the report. This can be in his own register from another entity of the Federal Judicial Police (FJP) or in the register of another FJP from his place of work.

This remote connection, as a preliminary to the fusion of the registers in the framework of the merger of the judicial districts, is also a good example of the ongoing modernisation within the organisation. As a matter of fact, this remote connection allows more flexibility: hearing rooms and reception shared by several entities, access to one’s register from another FJP, open space, etc.
