Integrated risk analysis model

The National Police Academy (ANPA) does not only develop training, but also offers a wide range of services. In cooperation with other Federal and Local Police services, ANPA has developed an integrated model to carry out an operational risk analysis in combination with a risk analysis of safety and well-being at work. This model will, among other things, be used to make risk analyses of events with an impact on public order.

It is an initiative that meets the needs in the field, the trade unions’ recommendations, the legal requirements concerning the staff’s well-being and safety and the risk analysis stipulations, as mentioned in the Ministerial Circular OOP 41. The lessons drawn from events with numerous incidents served as a basis for the model.
