European DVI experts train together

The CEPOL European Police College set up an exchange project between different countries to support the experts of the Disaster Victim Identification Team (DVI). Many European DVI experts took part in a first joint training, organised from 14 to 18 December 2015.

The aim of this exchange project is to optimise the experts’ know-how with a view to obtain a similar degree of professionalism within the European Union. The final result should be intensified cooperation and mutual support in the event of disasters.
